South Bay Halloween Expectations- Please realize Pine Hill may have different expectations
Students may dress-up for Halloween on Tues. 10/31. Halloween will also be an early out day, with 1:25 dismissal. Costumes can be worn all day as long as the following expectations are met:
Absolutely no weapons (real or fake) will be allowed with costumes.
Masks can only be worn before school and at the costume contest. All masks must be put in backpacks for remainder of the day.
It’s Halloween and we’re an upper kid campus, so bloody, scary costumes are allowed.
Inflatable costumes are allowed, but must be deflated while in the classroom to allow for student learning. Student’s must be able to sit at their desk during class time.
All costumes must still fall within the school dress code. (see student/parent handbook)
We will have costume contests at our morning assembly (Tues @ 9am). Students must sign-up for costume contest entry the week prior to Halloween.
