All new employees will receive paperwork to complete and sign. In addition to completed paperwork, the following items are required from each employee:
Current TB test (within last 60 days, or 4 years if coming from another school district)
Supporting documentation for I-9 form
Copy of Social Security card for payroll
Official transcripts for all universities attended in order to verify semester units for placement on salary schedule (certificated staff only)
Livescan fingerprint clearance (form included in new hire packet)
Additional optional documents include:
Voided check for automatic payroll deposit
Supporting documentation for dependent benefit enrollment (marriage license, birth certificate, etc)
Please contact the Personnel Department at hr@southbayusd.org if you do not receive your new hire paperwork within 24 hours of the offer of employment.
